Brixton Culture Capital Rum is a small-batch blend of aged Caribbean and Latin American rums, refined through tastings with local bartenders, connoisseurs and creatives. It opens with warm ginger on the nose, moves through cocoa and gentle spice on the palate, and finishes clean and rounded. It is made with Brixton, not just named after it.

What Makes it Different

Most spiced rums start with a young, neutral base and lean on heavy sweetness and loud flavours to do the work. We flipped that. We begin with a blend of premium, aged rums that are good enough to be bottled as is. The spices are used sparingly and with purpose; to complement our delicious rum, not to cover it.

This is a rum designed to be versatile without losing character. It is smooth enough to sip neat and bright enough to carry a mixer. Pour it over a single large cube to let the aromas open, or top with chilled ginger ale and a squeeze of fresh lime for an easy highball. If you prefer a classic, it stands up beautifully in a pared-back Old Fashioned or a crisp Daiquiri.
